April 15th from 10:00am to 5:00pm IEGA
and Fluid Parkour Clothing host the Second Annual Northern Idaho Urban Gymnastics / Free Running Competition.


Qualifier round at 11am - 12pm
(Qualifying based on skill not age)


Entry Fee is Only $25.00 or $30.00 walk in and a Free Fluid Competition Shirt is Included!

Events...

Timed obsticle courses, Freerunning (Freestyle) round, You will have 45 seconds to throw down your BEST skills!, You will be judged on Flow, Creativity, Difficulty, and Execution. (top 5 go on to final round)


Free Running Events - You will have 45 seconds to bring your best tricks, using vaults, precisions, bars, and boxes on an assembled course. You will be judged on Flow, Creativity, Difficulty, and Execution. Top 5 finishers go on to final run.

  • Farthest Precision
  • Highest Back Tuck
  • Longest Rail Balance

Prizes...

For the Urban Gymnastics and Free Running Events

  • 1st Place on each event by age group receives "Winner Takes All" Cash Prize
  • 2nd Place on each event by age group receive 1 Free Gym Extreme Class



Need To Know

Open to all abilities!
Come One Come All!

Please dress appropriately and comfortably.

Shoes are optional.

Age Divisions* Are:
  • 8 - 12 year olds
  • 13 - 17 year olds
  • 18 - 22 year olds

*age divisions may change depending on sign ups.



This competion is for personal experience and program development. It is not about ego!
Safety First. Only attempt skills during competion you can already do well. Competition is not the time to attempt new skills. Attend one of our classes for that.

Invite your freinds to come watch. We have plenty of seating.
